Before commencing your Bike fit, we aim to best understand the riding you do currently, what you plan to do in the future and how we can assist in making you most efficient and comfortable.

We require you to bring in your shoes with fresh cleats (or we will provide them) your bibs shorts, a towel and water bottle as you will be on the bike for roughly an hour.

Starting with how you present off the bike and understanding your flexiblity, we assess how you pedal the bike as a starting point.

We then aim to setup the back of the bike first, starting with your shoes and cleats progressing to your saddle heights and setback.

Once that has been completed, we move forward to assess your reach and flexiblity to the handlebars. Any adjustments here are made serving both the fit of the rider but also the handling of the bike.

Once we have completed the bike fit and we are satisfied that you’re a in an efficient and comfortable position, optimized for your riding type, we will provide some recommendations going forward leading to a follow up appointment.

We generally revisit your fit 6 weeks later which will test our work and your adaptations done first time round.

This Complete process costs $195; no hidden charges or follow on costs. Parts however, if required, are excluded.
